Panos is going to a Greek wedding and wants to bring friends to teach them about the Greek culture. Each plate costs $11 a guest and an additional $3 dollars for special Greek bread sticks. If Panos invites 8 friends and has to pay $97 on the food for them, how many people got the extra bread sticks and how many people just got the ordinary meal?

NHS is having a Student and Faculty bowling party for a fundraiser. Student tickets cost $10.00, while adult tickets cost $12.50. If there were a total of 200 tickets sold and the total revenue was $2125.00, how many student tickets were sold and how many faculty tickets were sold?

King Richard's Faire is a renaissance faire in Carver, MA and is open every weekend, from Labor Day to October 25th.

If the total revenue for the weekend of October 11th was $7,825.00, and it costs $25.00 for an adult ticket and $10.00 for children's tickets, and 376 people attended over the course of the weekend, how many children attended? How many adults went?

One day Grasso and his soon to be wife, Mary Beth, saw that they needed some milk. Being the cute couple that they are, they decided to go to the grocery store to get some. They got 6 gallons of milk all together. The Low Fat milk cost $2.50 and the Whole milk cost $3.00. The total price of all the milk together was $16.00. How many gallons of Low Fat milk did they get and how many gallons of Whole milk did they get?

Eric and Courtney Greene bought a bunch of tickets to go see Where The Wild Things Are. Adults tickets cost twenty-three dollars and children's tickets cost four dollars. If there were a total of 23 people that went for a final cost of 236 dollars, how many adults and how many children went to the movies?
